help!!!

Hi Everyone. Well I had a loan with Pay Day loan yes. I made payments totaling 210.00 for a 350.00 loan. I know I owe them $140.00 for the principal. I got harassed by their First National securities who cussed me out and all that good stuff. I reported it to the Texas Attorney General. Then now I get a call from someone who says he works for the Law Firm of Goldstein & Rath and they threatened to send a letter to my employer and I let them know that in texas they can not garnish wages.
I told him I have been disputing with this company and trying to settle for the 140.00 I owe. He said the best he could do is for me to settle for 300.00. He now called me today and said they were going to go ahead and send a judgement against me and such. Now what do I do if PayDay loan yes is an illegal company? I'm not too sure if they are in Texas if anyone knows, please let me know. Let me know what your advice is.

They can not get a judgment against you. On top of that TX has one of the toughest garnishment laws so they can't do a dang thing but harrass you and threaten you.
