ripped off by jackson crowder law firm

has anyone else used this firm to represent them? the court told me they overcharged me by about 900$...that couldve been money in my pocket

These emails get better closer to the end where the former emplyees start chirping to each other. Whatever happened to that fake law office? There may be no unemployment and it would be justice if those at the center were denied coverage as being independent contractors not employees.

Whats done is done...we also fell for this solution and owe now we owe thousands after living in our home for 20 yrs and having good credit...and makeing our payments.its not a joke or a place to fight it out...there are many who now are going to lose their homes thinking they did the right thing..whoever wrote about being behind 3.000..and paying the attorneys 2000 to fix it...and so nicely turned around and said "wouldnt it have been easier to just pay the 3,000 you owed" poor example...and karma is real...if people can do this to other people and sleep like babys at night ..I hate to be them..this is just sad!
Funny thing to you deal with a man named Jeremiah...then a woman named Gladys..the Delilah..when you call you get Heather..and no return phone calls...now when you call you get "this office is closed" its pissen me off that I have been attacked and feel very personal about it...I hope if any of those fake people read this they know they can deal with what they have done....it may be a good time for cigarette break or your jokes about ruining peoples lives ..in anycase..we arent the type of people to sit and just say we have been "scammed" action will be taken..no matter what the cost..trust me

Sweet Heart. If you have been reading "ACTION IS BEING TAKEN CARE OF". It was upper management lied to their employees. They loved changing name of the rep to please the "customer", in order for service to continue with out losing any fees. However, dino did have a point. You chose to pay another company rather then pay your lender. Oh. you said you had perfect credit you lived in your home for 20 years. did "YOU" chose to stop paying on your home to get a cheaper rate on your mortgage you "you was never late" did you stop paying to obtain this "so called service". Because there was lots of "so called client" doing this. For being cheap lost their home in the process.

I was also screwed over by the Florida office. Starting with that lying no good Dino that promised me my loan was in review and everything was good. So then my house was sold with out notice. Dino im gonna file a suit with your sorry ass and make sure people know you are a hired liar low life!

I wasnt even behind on my payment, i knew i was gonna fall behind because it was too much for what i was making. My morgage lender rejected my modification so i hired jc law group to represent me and work with my lender. Dino was the one who told me to qualify you need to stop paying! Trust me this not over ! Not gonna get away with messing with peoples lives.

As for the $2000.00. That is called a retainer, just like every single attorney worth their salt request for the services they supply. They are real people doing your loan modification and deserve compensation, just like every American worker, don't you think???. All This is?? typical company bashing. When a growing company weeds out the bad seeds, the bad seeds, instead of seeking new employment, sit at home and bash their former employer. Take a look at the biggest companys in the world! Google them, like you did this time. Pepsi, Coke, GM, they all have their nay sayers. This law firm will grow and always give their clients the utmost respect, understanding and the service they need during the most trying times of their lives.
Oh, and one more thing! just to put the icing on the cake.... It is widely known that other law firms try to emulate our customer service record and applaud this firms ethical practices.
So there you have it. The truth finally told. No Sciencetology, no witchcraft, no boggie men.

ok so you are wrong...i have dealt with ths co. and even the courts and attorny general know about this firm. they in fact overcharged me and in fact no longer have a representative here. i have spoken with the lawerr representing them here, and he will no longer take on thier cases due to them messing them up, you are either 1, an idiot, or 2 an employee of thiers, either or, it makes you a moron!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well i did a loan modification through my motgage co. so now all is well. i hired this firm for my bankruptcy,but they failed to include everything, and cost me to nearly loose my home. do yourself a favour and hire a local attorny,not one that claims they have a lawyer in your state

If you have been reading these post, it should be very clear. THE FTC HAS SHUT THEM DOWN. they are no longer in business. No one is there to take you calls, everyone in the office has been let go. the FTC is in the middle of sueing them, and has frozen their assest. There is no one to help you reference to your loan mod or bankrutcy.

If you started this post, and have proof, click on the links on page 4 (i think) to the gov's site. Contact the FTC attorney J. Kessler I am pretty sure he would love to hear from you.

I was also a victom to this company.So now my husband and i have lost our home to them. We had to file 7 and once we go to court we will have 45 days to find some place to live. I hope they get all the bad luck coming to them. My heart is so broken right now, not to mention the fear of not finding some place to live.

After a complete run around and total incompetnecy I modified with my mortgage company myself to avoid losing my home. Thank God we did this before it was too late. Iwould like to file a class action against them . The two thousand I lost is nothing compared to hte sleepless nights!!!!!

Tyan was is a bitch. She thought that she ruled the world. she acted like the owner of the company and should go down like them. I am so happy she walks with her tail between her legs, wondering if she is going to jail. Same goes for EVERYONE else that was in management. Chris, Gina, Bruce... all of you should go down... You had employees tell you stop., look at this.. and you said "whatever"! I hated working for you , I hate the fact that you lied when you hired me, I hated that I was not able to tell customer to cancel due to you ARE NOT WORKING, UNEPLOYMENT IS NOT INCOME!!!!! I can't stand you , and your trolls that followed you!! like heather, Caroline, Jennifer, Sean,Jessica, Tiffany... the rest of us knew but had to try to find work before leaving... Make Bar complaints!!! if you cannot figure out how, call the Florida and CA bar associations. Jackson is an attorney licensed in Florida, Crowder licensed in CA.........probably still unless their bar memberships have been pulled. Make a complain to the Florida Bar and to the CA bar about these attorneys, and you will get some satisfaction. Once the Florida Bar yanks the license of James Jackson in Clearwater FL, and the bar membership of Douglas Crowder and has an opinion based on fraud...............then a civil suit will be the easy next step. Crowder has assets in nevada with his wife, and Jackson has assets in Florida.

You know, I am finally moving forward again. I called my Congressman and he told me what i needed to do for free. I followed his instructions and I saved my house. Of course this was while a company named Meltzer Law was instructing me that they were in touch with my mortgage company while taking $250 a week from me for 8 weeks. However they were never in touch with my mortgage company and when the FTC shut them down and the timing was terrible because I had just paid my last payment to them and they had just instructed me to not contact my mortgage company and that they would contact me within the next few months to let me know what was up and not to call them they would call me. So my debt grew and I was only informed by a local lawyer who was contracted out by them after his checks started bouncing and they weren't returning his calls that they had been shut down by the FTC. The FTC is not in the business of shutting down companies randomly. My point is this, they were screwing people when they were at their lowest points and when they knew they couldn't fight back. They ruined lives and families, sure they didn't create the problem but they drove the final nails in the coffin after stealing the rings and watches as it were. I personally no longer am trying to hunt down and expose them, but as I hear more about what is happening to them I am thrilled to see them twist in the wind. They are lawyers, they worked hard to get where they are and deserve the good life, but when they take the last dollar from the hands of those at the very bottom of the dogpile they get what they deserve.
