ACC Funding

I have not heard of them. Do they have any other name associated with them?

Think its Cash Direct Express -- I just emailed them the C&D and included Alliance as part of it (although I had already sent it certified...)

BTW --I am in NJ and I know they are prohibited etc (got all my info right from this site!!)

I am also having a hard time with East Side Lenders -they wont give me an address to send payments in saying I have to pay them by Credit/debit or money gram --I told them no way that I would make payments up to the amount of the loan (300) by either check or money order & if they are "legitimate" company they would accept this --also mentioned to her (Brenda) that I thought the BBB, FTC, DOBI and NJ-AG would agree with me --I am attempting to make a payment arrangement & she's giving me a hard time!! Imagine that!!

Prepaid Visa or MC works best. You can load it for the dollar amount you want to pay this way they cannot get a penny more. You only owe them the principal borrowed.
