If you have just borrowed the money and still have your steady paycheck, return everything that you have and be done with them. Generally, when people get into trouble it is due to taking additional loans to pay the fees on previous loans. In your case, you borrowed all of it "at once" and have not used any to pay another loan. Are we missing a piece of the puzzle?

Cash star was obtained on 3/6/09 Ameriloans was on 2/23/09. Look I don't need anyone to judge my situaution. I make pretty good money I just had a chain of unexpected events. My problem is simply if I pay the fees that leaves me with 200 out my check then if I continue in this manner it will only go up when they start the installments. I'm one if those people that thinks ahead because my intentions are to pay them back but without all the fees cause it will kill me. I want to pay them back on my own terms. The two lowest ones Im planning on sending them full payment on the 4/3 but the others I won't be able to do anything with

What are you talking about? There is no way to help you if we do not ask for information. My apologies if you felt judged.

Irregardless, you will need to find out if these loans are Legal and Licensed to collect in your state. What state are you in?

Someone told me that and when I tried they won't let me. I tried obtaining there western union or moneygram information from atlas, cashonline, ssm, and cmg when the loans first came to my acct. They refused say i will still have the fiance fees i did this about 2 days after the loans came in so i went ahead and paid my bills. Sorry to sound so unappreciative I just have never been in a situation like this before I have credit problems but not with people who have all my acct info

No offense taken. We all have been in that stressful situation.

Usually if you just took the loan and it was deposited in your account. It is possible to have the transaction reversed to the processor, and back to the PDL company. Unfortunatelly there is a time limit for each PDL on when this has to happen for it to count as a loan cancellation. So if the fees have already hit your account it is certain that option is not possible at this point.

What you can do at this point is try to pay down on the loans if possible. I would still verify if the lenders are licensed with your state Dept of Financial Institutions. This way you will be aware of the interest rates and fees the PDL companies are allowed to charge per your state law. Found HERE

*My 2 Cents* I agree the cycle can get vicious, but you have to understand we do not want folks to get the wrong impression. Obtaining a loan and opt not to pay when the fees hit their accounts. NOT saying that was the case here, but we wanted to be clear of everything before we proceed to help. That way we can try and guide you in the best direction possible.

Thanks you know I review what I wrote and it does sound a little ify I guess what I should have asked is if you have so many payday loans and they are all due on the same day and you know you cant pay them all What do you say to the companys when they call you? I was reading to learn more so they won't over charge me late, insufficent funds, returned check fees on top of what I owe.

No problem.

I suggest if you cannot afford the multiple fees and it will put you in financial hardship contact the lender. Being proactive in making them aware of your situation never hurt anything. Try to work out a deffered payment or even a smaller payment.

However, when dealing with lenders that are ILLEGAL, this can signal them to debit your account early, multiple times, or even unauthorized amounts. I know it is scary, but some Illegal lenders do not always play fair.

Research the FL DFI database and make sure they are licensed first. If they are not I suggest you read THIS. Also be aware some lenders in FL can be registered as Credit Service Organizations. You can read HERE to find out more. Best of Luck!
