:cry: I am having my wages garnished by this company. They are taking 300. every 2 wks give or take On the case docket complaint was for 4918.57 judgement for plaintiff was 2658.41 intrest and costs it also says accrued intrest of 2260.16 through 5/14/08 and intrest thereafter at 8% Can any one tell me how much I owe i have paid 2022. and another 300. comes out this week This is killing me. can anyone help please

Is there any way that you can get ahold of the attorney on this case? If you can talk to the attorney on the case he may feel that the garnishment can be lowered. Same thing happened to me just a different company. I called the lawyer representing the company and he agreed on 150 instead of 300 per pay. It sucks all the way around, but it did help a little.
