Do they look at your income when you are trying to settle or do they not care. In all the settlements that I have read about so far income is not brought up.. I still have a very good income but have over extended myself... I make around 350000 year but have 150000 in boa line of credit and 40000 ae cc. Im around 45 day late and calls come in all day long but no settlement offer. Do I need to call and ask them for a settlement because i have not about a settlement offer... Not help please

if they ask dont volunteer, its not necessary and they cant know your income unless you tell them.

And when it comes to the offers they really dont consider settlement until you are atleast 3 months late. if you wish you could prepare them that this is what is going to happen. but they really dont settle until about 90 days late or more. hope this helps!
