I recently found out that I can pay BoA directly for my overdraft account rather than pay a CA. At this time the CA is the only one reporting, nothing from BoA...so my questions are...can i get the CA off the report, and would BoA introduce a new TL that will kill me? or if they did, would it still be dated DOFD?

If you and the bank have an agreement worked out and you are paying that agreement then you should send a letter to the CA telling them that you and the OC have an agreement and that they need to remove the trade line. If they do not then dispute it with the CRA's, just make sure to keep paying the bank or else it could get nasty.
