Has anyone had experience with these companies in regard to them honoring a revocation of an ACH withdrawal? They are both legal companies and I hope they would do so.

I have a loan with Cash Central as we speak. I too needed to revoke my ACH. I was willing to pay it off since it is legal so I emailed them (for documentation) and asked to remove the ACH authorization BUT also asked for their Moneygram info to make a payment. they were cooperative, removed the ACH and extended my due date for a short time. Most likely because I do want to pay them they are working with me. Be honest and Cash Central will do the right thing. I was very polite and upfront and I got the same response within 24 hours. good luck!!

Update: I did email CAsh Central and revoked my ACH authorization. They emailed me and provided me with information on how to make a payment and/or a payment plan. Whew..one less interest payment to worry about this payperiod. I told them in my email that I will start paying them back out of my first April paycheck, and they didn't reject that proposal. I just need some breathing room here to get caught up.

Thank you, I will. I'm feeling a bit better, going to try my luck with Check City now. :-) I could kick myself in the butt for letting it drag on this long...for a couple of months at the end of 2008, I was paying close to $1800 a month on these loans/fees and NSF charges bc I couldn't afford these loans.

Update: Both Cash Central and Check City have agreed to honor my ACH revocation of withdrawal privileges.

Check City began emailing me to make payment arrangements within the hour. They wanted $103 every two weeks. Told them I could only pay $30 a month for the next 2 months and then could pay the balance. They agreed. Feeling better about getting out of this mess.
