I would not trust the report that a CA sends you. Trust the report that YOU get from TU. That is what is listed in your CR. If the CA sent you a CR that was very different the the one you got from TU, you can go after them for many MANY counts. so get it from TU first.

I'm a loan officer and here I can pull credit though Credit Plus or Equifax Mortgage Solutions.

If you look at the copy that the CA sent, the bold typed word "Delinquency" just kind of jumps out at you in all of the trade line entries. My first impression was that this report shows that I am delinquent on ALL of these accounts!
The CA had to give me a copy of everything that he plans to use at trial on a debt collection case. The entry on the report in question actually helps MY case but if you look at the ENTIRE report (especially first glance) it makes me look bad, delinquently.
