Has anyone else gotten a call from an Attorney Thompson's office, phone # 1-888-688-2977? I received on at work today from an Elijah Peltier. I am trying to get an address on this company so I can send them a DV letter and don't want to call them. I have searched this sight and google and can't seem to find one. Please let me know if anyone else has dealt with them!

I also got a call at work today and I called back and the person I got on the phone was rude and hung up on me when I was told they are suing me for a pay day loan debt but when asked who and what etc... she claimed to not like my tone and hung up- I too would like and address so I can send a nice "Do Not Contact Me" notice.....

they just called me back on my cell phone isn't there a law that states once in 7 days voice to voice contact? they did not leave a message what do I do?

They called me for a payday loan I never took out. Would not give me any info on them, or the comapnay they are collecting for. Verbally abusive. Reported to Colorado Attorney Generals Office.
