BOA not calling? -120days

I saw one post saying something similar...
Anyone else experience this?
I've been hoping for a settlement offer, but so far...none.

same here I'm somewhere between 90-120 days and BoA is not calli
same here I'm somewhere between 90-120 days and BoA is not calling at all, I called them myself couple times asking fo settlement they talking about 50% then 45% all they can do, maybe I have heard once 40% but do not remember, still to high but they real do not call. While it is relief I do not want this to go to black hole and then find in my mail court date

They called me today at around 65 days and I told them my story. The guy asked if I would be willing to settle and I said yeah I have 3,000( I owe 31,000 boa) he came back and said he will do 6,000 over 3 months

Guest - if you don't mind, what is your "story". Sometimes I think this is all that makes the difference in what settlements are offered.
I hope when I get to 65 days, I get an offer like that.

I have a appointment to see if I can get chapter 7 or 13. I always told them that my first thing that I need to pay is my mortage and then my car.....if I have anything after that Ill call them... but dont pay them when they ask if you have 10 dollar or 30 or whatever
