Citi - how low

Any body out there settle with Citi lately? I'm at about 4 months late -- want to settle - but don't want to settle to low? I'm thinking 35% -- anybody get them lower than that?
In debt settlement, you can reduce the debt amount to 40 to 60%
In debt settlement, you can reduce the debt amount to 40 to 60% of the amount amount you owe. I don't think that you will be able to settle the debt below this. This settlement amount includes interest charges, late fees and the agency fees.
