If I have paid more than the loan back I do not have to keep paying what the loan was when I defaulted, Correct??

Yes, in fact closed the checking account today. I am in the process of writing a letter to Zip19, do you think it is a good idea to put the kansas statue on consumer loans in my letter? Any and all suggests on my payday loans issues are welcome. I feel like such a idoit. Thanks for the information Shazzers on Zip19 mailing address.

CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with illegal lenders.

If you type in the names of the pdl companies in the search box located in the upper right hand corner of this forum you might be able to locate more info on some of these lenders. Also, CLICK HERE to view your payday loan laws. Are you aware of the EPP plan? That is the extended payment plan, if any of your store front lenders are members of the CFSA they must allow you the EPP upon request, but you must ask for this BEFORE you default. It allows you to pay off the loans in 4 payments on each payday. Just wanted to throw that info out to you.

I have a storefront loan that was for $200/ $230 with interest.?? I advised them of my situation, closed checking account and looking to get out of debt, etc.?? They advised me I could pay it off with 2 payments of $115 or 3 payments of $88, adding $30 more to the total.?? I really cannot afford to pay either of those off that quick.?? Any suggestions.
