I had talked with ae and we came to agreement of 17% and then he said he would call but with details and fax over paper work but when he called back said that his manager will not approve it only 40% Im only 60 days late. Do they do that alot say one thing and do another... What do I do now just wait a month and call but or write them a letter what ???????

alot of people are having problems with this sort of thing.?? That is why we always stress the in writing thing.?? Alot of people actually send them money on a settled agreement and then they go back on thier word.?? Rule of thumb, never send anything till its in writing!??

never ever let anyone, and I mean ANYONE have access to take what they want out of your bank account.?? Tell them you can only send them a cashiers check or money order .... period!
