Can anybody tell me what this means? It was included in a motion to dismiss with prejudice filed by the plaintiff.

1. This matter has been resolved by and between the parties and accordingly believes that it would be in the best interest of all parties concerned that the matter be dismissed as to all claims, on as to the other.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? Does this mean that they cannot be sued as to any FDCPA or FCRA violations after this?!!!!

The motion was given to me 13 days after the final responce date to apeal. what am I to do. I am going to represent myself, can you advise me
