Please tell me who UDS is and who ADP is. I do not know of either and have never recieved a statement or bill from them. The following was placed on my TransUnion report.

Somewhere back in the credit report it has a list of all the creditors who reported on your report. You should be able to find it there. Then you can send them a DV letter.

I filed a dispute on line. UDS was removed from my TU report. I have never heard of UDS or ADP. They never sent me a statement, and I am guessing that is because UDS and ADP have never done business with me.
Can I sue UDS for falsely accusing me of owing them money, and reporting it on my credit report?
