Question about internet loans

I'm SO happy I found this site. I'm in a real mess with my loans and I need help. How do I know if a online payday loan company is licensed to do business in my state of Arizona?
I logged in to see what my current status is and the site says my loan documents aren't available for me to see. Also the interest has increased since two weeks ago!! What do you think is going on? I am physically sick over the situation I've let myself get into. I have two storefront loans and four internet loans - I'm drowning. Thank-you very much!!
