I am trying to find out if Together Cash is legal to do business in Arizona and also, does anyone have their contact information? Every two weeks they are taking out more and more interest out of my bank account. I need to track them down and I need help to do that. Thanks!

Cashnet (legal) $500 (online)
Loan Shop $400 (online)
ACC $300 (online)
Together cash $300 (online)
OA Cash $300 (storefront)
Check 'N Go $500 (storefront)
Fast payday $500 (storefront)
Thank-you! I am so glad I found you -

Is that Cashnet USA if so they are legal and of course Check n Go is also legal. Are you dealing with Loan Shop Online? If so they are not licensed to lend to AZ residents. All store front lenders are licensed in Arizona.

So at a fast glance it looks like you have 4 that are legal and 2 that might be illegal.

You need to find out from your store front lenders if they offer an extended payment plan. I know Check n Go does because I dealt with them. I am unfamiliar with Fast Payday and OA cash. I live in Arizona as well.

I'm also in AZ and am delaing with some of the same companies. I hope this info will be as helpful to you as it has been to me. I just found the site last week and have made great progress thanks to the advice of others.
My personal experience wit hTogether Cash is that they were taking two payments out of my account every pay day, I found out that one payment was interest and one was toward the principal.
Try this site for contact info
