I am working with Town and Country Acceptance for my mega payday loan issues.  All of the loan companies have stopped calling and are accepting the monthly checks that T and C are sending them accept One Click Cash.  One Click Cash calls me 7 times a day demanding I make settlement I tell them everytime I am in debt consolidation.  They always tell me that they will not work will consilidators and I usually shut them up when I tell them they have been accepting the checks.  The threaten all kinds of stuff that will never happen. 
How can I get them to stop calling!!


One Click Cash is an illegal pdl.?? Are you certain that T & C is sending them checks??? Since they are an illegal lender they do not abide by any rules, laws, etc.?? I am sure that the people calling you have no idea payments are being made.?? Your phone number is most likely in some sort of auto dial system, they willl probably call until the cows come home or the debt is paid off and your number is removed.?? Good luck I know it is annoying.

Yes One click cash even quotes the amounts of the checks sent. They just want more than T and C sends them. T and C are awesome to work with and are very on top of things.
