Has anyone Dealt with Dominion Credit Services?

Don't ask how I found myself on their website. I'm not even sure I know, but this quote from thier web site is interesing , and quite a breath of fresh air from a collector if they actually walk the talk..

What I have understood from the quote is that a collection agency is stating that they do not report to the bureaus. It might be possible if they have been hired by a credit company. Usually, the creditors will report for these accounts to the bureaus.
Am I on the track or you mean to indicate something different, Clay?
