Does anyone get calls fromÂ RUTH CANNON 970-545-0860?Â They leave no message and yet call my home quiet often.

I called the number and it apparently is a cell phone number that belongs to a woman by the name of Ruth.?? Not sure if this is a savy debt collector or what, but I played dumb and acted like I had the wrong number.
It could be a savy debt collector.?? I've had them use their personal cell phones to call me before.

Thanks for doing that!?? I'm not sure what it is but it's annoying.?? Got to be someone up to no good.?? That number just called me again a little bit ago.?? Phone only rang twice and didn't even make it to the machine this time.

I know, it's annoying when you get those calls.?? Your dying to know who it is but on the other hand you don't want to answer if it's debt collector....lol??
When I'm late on my car payment, the rep calls from her cell phone trying to get in touch with me.?? I figured it out the first time she tried.
