I would ignore them when they call, they will tire of talking to thin air eventually. You should also report that to your Attorney General and the FTC!

Did I read on here that some people have turned these guys into the FBI and Homeland Security?

Just ignore them, the more you talk the more they will call.

I know. I never should have talked to them. Like I said, my daughter answered the phone and just handed it to me. I reminded her I had told her a million times not to do that because it could be these guys!

They called twice again this afternoon. This time it came from area code 225. This is a new one at least for me. I am so sorry I even talked to them last night when my daughter answered the phone. How do you get them to go away once and for all?

They do call often but they will eventually stop calling.

Thy only thing that saved my sanity was getting caller ID. Now I only answer if I know the number.

How long have they been calling you? They have been calling me off and on for six months now. The last couple of weeks they have stepped it up a little and are calling more often.

I don't know about this one but I get other calls all the time.

I have bad credit and some unpaid debts??from a bankruptcy long ago so??I get tons of calls. Most never say anything as it is a recording. Others are real people with fake threats of the police, judges and God himself will doom me.

Heck a good handful are for my dead ex-hunsband who I have been divorced from for 17 years. He died last November and now they are calliing me to pay his debts...LOL
I hit delete on the answer machine.

I know it is so stressful. I notice you say there are threats of the police. Are the guys with the thick Indian accents calling you too?

I get all kinds. Recordings, to hang ups, to real live people stating all sorts of things. "WE HAVE TO TALK TO YOU now!"
Whatever. I get home and delete them all. If I am home I glance at the caller ID and if I don't know who it is I simply don't answer.
I figure there is really nothing I can do so I don't let it get to me.

Just be thankful they are calling on the phone where you can scream or blow a whistle, and not coming to your house every other day.....

Oh my Gosh I cant even imagine if they came to the house I think that would put me over the edge.??
