What is the name of the lender.
They legally have to follow the ACH as you gave three days notice before the ACH was to go through.
I would got the bank and place a stop payment on it.
??
Sometime they won't work with you until the ACH does not go though. I know that sucks but Payday One did it to me and I requested a payment plan two weeks before it was due.
??
Your bank can use the same ACH informaiton that deposited the money to block the transaciton.

If I tell my bank to stop payment on it then, they will be able to do it? They won't try to run it thru as a dba?

Most likely they wont try to because they are a Legal lender. What they can do is present a paper check against your account vs an ACH withdrawl.
Go to your bank asap and revoke their authorization immediately! Bring the documents you sent the Legal lender for proof.
I am not sure. It worked for PayDay One. I blocked the ACH. ?

Since they are legal they may not have other names.
??
What I would do it take the letter you sent to Speedy and take it to your bank. Tell them that even though you have revoked the ACH they plan to illegally debit anyway.
??
Ask to put in a stop payment. They may charge you a fee.
??
Then on payday go to??your bank ASAP and withdrawl all your money except for what would cover an NSF fee. I only did that??just in??case. That way they did not get my money and I??would??only be out $30. But the stop payment worked.
??
Even if they have other names the money is out of the account and safe in your hands. The ACH are usually automatic. They would have to put in a manual one if they did have another name and that would take several hours to several days.

Ah, I never even thought of that! I called my bank, and they charge a $30 fee to stop payment on it for 6 months, so there is no way it should go thru! :)

Mine did not need an amount. Only the company and??mine charges a $30 fee as well.

I think some bank software is different and require an amount. Mine did not.

As soon as the ACH is sent back they will contact you and then you can make arrangments. Good Luck

SpeedyCash will set up the EPP plan with you, as they are a legal lender. I had no problem with them in stopping the ACH. They try to say they will wait, once it doesn't go through, then work with you. Tell them that you have frozen your account and need to work out a EPP with them. Ask for a manager, as most of the front line c/s reps aren't customer service friendly. Once you get past the front line reps, you shouldn't have a problem.
