Have you closed your bank account??? I believe it would be helpful in this case. And since most, if not all, of these companies lent to you illegally, you may not owe a cent more to them.?? You are only obligated to pay the amount of money that you borrowed.?? It appears that you have paid them the money back PLUS a lot more.?? You are entitled to ask for a refund from each company that you overpaid.?? Not sure you will get it, but you should ask.?? Even if you received half of what's coming to you, that's quite a chunk of money.?? But the only way to avoid having money deducted from your account is to either close it or put a hard block on it, allowing it to be a deposit only account.

I was able to open a new account but I can't close or block my old account because of all those PDL transactions there are over thousand dollars of NSF fees. I have been told I can't block my account from any of the PDL companies listed. The only thing they can do is block the amounts that show on my account. They block the amounts but the companies submit new amounts to my account.

Anya, Abby has a thread (still on pg1) with all the trouble she's had with BOFA she has a complaint with Occ (I believe) BOFA is being Jackholes (to put it nicely).
Abby have you filed complaints with DFi against the illegal payday lenders yet? Have you called Occ back yet this morning?
??
