PDL help in CA

They are illegal. The reside on an Indian Reservation and claim immunity but the plain fact is they have no licence to lend anywhere.

Should I still pay them or contact them to consdier the payments made to count towards paying back the loan?

With illegal/unlicensed lenders you only owe back the amount borrowed.

Is Vince legal in CA, also what about norstarcash? I can't even seem to get my docs frfom them. Are they legal? Do you have info on them? I would really like to get letter's sent to them. I know in finance charges I have paid over the amount loaned to me. I would really like to get all these cleared up.

Yep. Red River has a whole slew of names. That is why blocking them does not work. They just debit the account under one of their other names.

Thank you for the help. So far I have been able to clear up the Vince enterprises PLD. I am now working on the other 2 from The CashSpot, Norstar (Red River). I have e-mailed and just faxed letters to them.
