I have recently gotten a letter from a collection co. called Integrity saying I owe Zip Cash 825.00 on a 500.00 loan. I had paid 450.00 already before I closed my account at the bank. Are these guys for real or what? They are willing to settle for 500.00. Please help!

No, they aren't legal anywhere, you only owe Zip 50 bucks, don't give ANY money to that collection agency, and I wouldn't settle with them either. I would send a money order to Zip for 50 bucks via certified return receipt mail and mark paid in full on the money order. Then I would tell the CA to go piss up a tree, there isn't a thing they can do about it. Tell them you will be expecting your dunning letter in the mail within the 5 day window after the first intital contact they made with you, they will know what you mean, and you probably won't ever receive a dunning letter, as required by the FDCPA.
