Help with PDL's in Texas

At fast glance Paychecktoday and Ameriloan are illegal and Cashnet and Think Cash are both legal and most likely operation as CSO's.?? I am not familiar with iadvancecash.com but I will try to research it for you.

okay. Where do i go from here? Should i close my ckg. acct? Try to negotiate something? I am really desperate.... actually considering bankruptcy just to get it together again.

Is iadvancecash (integrity) legal in Texas? I also have a loan from Red river, are they legal in Texas?

Red River is not legal anywhere.

They are located on an Indian Reservation and do not have a license to loan.

Integrity claims to be licensed in Delaware but I could not find them in the Texas data base. Also just an FYI Think Cash is an installment loan through the First Bank of Delaware. If you revoke ACH with them and default they should set up a payment arrangement for you.

Cashnet will do an EPP but call them before you default.
