Would like help getting out from underneath these PDLs

Internet PDLs are illegal in Ohio.

All of those are unlicensed/illegal.


Go here and start reading up the stepd to take when dealing with illegal lenders.

With illegal lenders you only owe the amount you borrowed. Any fees or rollover charges count toward that amount.

because a pdl has to be licensed in ohio as well.same as my state of IL.most internet pdl's are illegal there as well.you sound like a humanoid.which internet pdl do you work for?

Uppy???? when I spoke to Vikas and he suggested I join this community, i did not realize I would be called names by moderators and be assumed to work for illegal pdls. I was confused. I am scared and being threatened everyday. I can not even keep my kids safe. I wanted some help but realize now looking back that only people with titles and banners with hof???? under their names are actually allowed to participate.I made a error and did not need several people talking to me as if I were an idiot , spammer or pdl employee.

If so it is confusing when a "Guest" posts as we are not sure if that is you or someone else.

I and I think everyone else thought as "guest" you were someone else and we were correcting their information.

I did not think Uppy was name calling. It sounded as you were slamming us back and I am also not a moderator.

The first step to take is to close your checking account.

You can not be arrested or anything like that. Debt is a civil issue not a criminal one.

Many of the illegal PDLs will threaten that though but it is a lie.

All people are allowed to participate but if you are not a member or if you don't specify a name then you post as "Guest". So if 20 people post in a thread that are not members then all are "Guests". It is hard to tell who is who.

Ok now I am really confused on who is who :? If the OP needs help maybe he/she will register so we can identify them in the future.

Next you will need to send them letter stating they are illegal and that you are only willing to pay the amount borrowed.

You can find the letter here. You just need to change it to your loan information and state laws.
