Desperate... need help getting out of debt.

I'm about to graduate college and will be working. I've read extensively on what I need to be doing in terms of budgeting but I'm having a really hard, stressful time dealing with everything.
What do you guys recommend for me to do now?
My priority is to get out of that 27% interest rate card. REDICULOUS!!!!!

Your second option is to call them and see if they can offer any type of hardship program for you were they could illiminate some of that interest for a few months to help you get them paid off faster. call them they all have different offers and what they can do for you.
you could consolidate into one payment through a bank or through a debt consolidation company. the debt consolidation company will illiminate your % and fees but then you will no longer have use of the cards.
I dont think you are in a serious position to try any other options check into these first and get back to us!

thank you so much for answering my question. Unfortunately, all the accounts are charged off since late 09.
I'm going through hell and sometimes I just want to quit, but my goal remains to settle one account at a time (I have 3). I just paid off a personal debt of $5000 and the feeling was great. I'm going to contact some people and make an arrangement to accept their offer. Someone asked for $1300 out of $5500 (est.). Is there anything I should watch out for?
