You would have to check the state government websites for each place you lived during the time period. Some have online access to look up and some have to be checked the old fashioned way by hand.

what to do when a law firm gets a garishment court order to freeze nearly all of my federal retirement funds, on 7may 2009, from my checking account from an arkansas national bank. They did this with out notification of me at that time and up to the current time (Saturday, 3may2009. I was not on the court order, but my married daughter was. My daughter was placed on signature card, so that she could address emergencies for us only. My daughter had a negative credit card balance that was very old that she stopped paying on about seven years ago. We used my daugther on a signature card about thirty ago. help! help!
