First Revenue Assurance is a collection agency. If they are calling you, it means that they might have purchased your debt. You can pull out your credit report and check whether their name is listed there against any debt or not. However, they must send you a debt validation notice within 5 days of initial correspondence to claim the debt.

Take the phone call. Ask who they are trying to reach. If it is you, verify your current address and inform them you will await the letter they have 5 days to send you. Answer no more questions. hang up if they get persistent.
Give them a good week to get that letter to you. If they don't and they are still calling you, ask them for the address. If they don't give it to you, hang up and call them back and ask the person who answers for an address. Then send them a dv letter and mention that they have already violated once and that you are putting them on notice. (I love using collector jargon back at them....seems to confuse the poor babies.)
