Has anyone dealt with Capital One about personal loans

Forget anything with them. They sent a letter to my house for my husband about two years ago for a credit card that they said he had. I called back and told them he did not have a credit card through them and they needed to provide us with documentation for what they were calling about. Never got it. About a week later we got a warrant in debt on our gate about the credit. I called the court now case listed. I called the court in our area no case listed. I have called two other jurisdictions on the case and no one has it. I went to Virginia Courts Online and it was no where to be found. They have reported it to the credit bureau and they now have a judgement for him. He is disabled and does not work but it is affecting his credit although we dont need a loan or anything now he is not able to get one because of it. They also have two judgements on my sons credit report for credit cards that someone got in his name when we was 10 and 11 years old. We have disputed them and disputed them and they will not take them off. They say that they dont have any information on the accounts that they were done online so they cant provide us with anything but they wont removed them from hs credit report.

I'm 160 +/- days late with them on $17,000. I can't get anywhere with them or at least not better than 20% off. They will take a repayment plan at 0.9% interest rate though.

Compared to my other current successes though which you can check on my main thread Capital One and Discover have been my toughest challenges.
