HI, I live in Minnesota, that's the first bad news. I beleive that in MN, the pdl 's get to go by their OWN state laws.
I have 3 outstanding PDLS, got in ove rmy head and had to close my chekcing account. No one would cut me any deals that did not include alomst DOUBLE the amount taken out and I was so sick of the calls I sent a C & D.
No word from anyone in ahwile, but i believe all 3 went to AIS Services.
This was all back in sept /Oct.
Are they going to get a judgement against me? If so, when? I want to be aware of what's going on befroe my employer. I guess I would try again to negocotae a deal but I dont want to stir the pot if they were not going to garnish.. please help with any advice.knowledge! thanks!

AIS is an unlicensed bottomfeeder.i'm guessing that for the most part your pdl's would be illegal in a good number of states.also i would draft WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION letters and give them to your employer.these pdl's might try to push through a wage assignment.that is voluntary and revocable.two questions please.

1)who are the pdl's?
2)how much was borrowed and how much debited total?

you see there are some groups of pdl's that are not going to be licensed at all.whether they are not in this country or use some flimsy exemption, but please answer those questions and we can further help.
