Anyone done any settlements with Advanta recently

I've been trying to settle with Advanta for my wife. She gets on phone too. After 4 months and going past 120 days they have turned us over to a lawyer. That is a very bad sign becuase on other attorneys (that sound like this one) it goes to a judgment. :(

I'm still going to offer them 35% yet again, but I'm primarily trying to save myself and both myself and my wife might not be able to both avoid bankruptcy. I can't go more than 35%.

I'd love to hear someone tell me there is hope with Advanta. It is messy with my situation becuase i'd like to see what is left of my wife's business not get judgments and force it to close. I suppose I might be able to reopen myself but it gets messy.

Anyone else have any experience with Advanta and how many days late are you?
