Personal garnishment for corp?

I have just tried to go buy building materials with my incorporated business account and was told that there is no money left because a personal garnishment ordered had been placed on the account and all the money was gone. Is this really something that can be done?

i was actually wondering this myself, if a credit company charges off a buisness account, how does it effect the buisness? i honestly do not know the answer but was going to post something similar and will keep an eye out.
