Loan Point USA being dificult!!

Ok, I have one PDL that has been very cooperative in working with me on a repayment plan, minus all the illegal fees. I have 2 more to go. I closed my account and emailed/faxed my letters. So, Loan Point USA responded to my email today by saying due to the nature of my email I need to call their toll free number. I responded back by saying all communication will be via mail or email. Their next response was basically "How can we assist you?" I stated please re-read the email I previously sent on April 4 2009 regarding my repayment proposal. They responded back by saying my account is set up to debit fees only unless I give them 4 days notice if I want to pay in full and if I wanted to make a payment and then I needed to send it by Western Union. I responded back basically saying I don't have an open account for them to debit from and that I will send my payments by money order or I won't be sending anything. I have asked them twice now for the mailing address to send payments to and they have not given it to me. I told them I wasn't going to keep haggeling with them, wither they accept my arrangement or they don't. Any advise? What if they don't give me their address even though I am willing to pay?
