I sent a debt validation request to 2 CA's via certified mail, (Complete Credit Solutions and National Credit Soultions) about amonth ago and still havent heard anything from them. What do i do next? Does this mean they are unable to validate the debt and now i should dispute with the CB's? HELPPPPPPP!!! We need these off reports ASAP so we can buy first home!!

they have no timetable to validate, but since it's been about a month.dispute the entries to the CRA'S.send your copies of your validation letters.

Solid advice from my fellow Moderator. It has been long enough. If they can't validate the debt to you the odds are they can't validate to the credit bureau. Just be aware that it will come off when you dispute it but chech again in a month as it can be put back on. This is how phony credit repair companies work!
