original loan documentation

One is that the original loan documentations say that i will go by there state laws and forego California state laws around dfered payment loans.
The other is that they will not send any mail to my house because they are an internet based company.
any help with these 2 arguments i would appreciate since i dont think they will stop calling anytime soon, i keep telling them to sue me that i will not pay any more money 1500 for a 500 loan is way to much. I kind of enjoy arguing with them.

When one company called me and started their harassment, I asked them how everything was with MNE down at the reservation and they hung up on ME!
