in my recent phone call from a PDL they always bring up a couple of statements that i dont know how to respond too.

One is that the original loan documentations say that i will go by there state laws and forego California state laws around dfered payment loans.

The other is that they will not send any mail to my house because they are an internet based company.

any help with these 2 arguments i would appreciate since i dont think they will stop calling anytime soon, i keep telling them to sue me that i will not pay any more money 1500 for a 500 loan is way to much. I kind of enjoy arguing with them.

You can respond that ignoring the laws of the state the resident is in is illegal making the loan illegal and all contract and douments for that loan void.

An internet based company can't send mail. WTH? LOL

They are making that up so they don't send anything in writing. They are illegal and they don't want their name attached to any piece of paper that can be used against them later.

i have tried to send a c/d but it is returned they will not accept registered mail.

Are you sure that they are part of MTE when i have talked to Bob Zahner the official collections trainer....lol what a joke he flat out denies it. but i am sure he is a liar though.

These outfits are unbelieveable, aren't they? They can't send you mail because they're an internet company? And yes, a lot of these outfits ARE indeed part of MTE or MNE. When one company called me and started their harassment, I asked them how everything was with MNE down at the reservation and they hung up on ME!
