When I request validation of a debt, what constitutes validation of the debt? What specific items/info ect. Also, can I request validation after the 30 timeline? Does this change the process? I just found a ca on my cr and don'r remember any communication with them at all! Wondering what to do...

I have the same question. Can I request a debt validation after the 30 days? Also, Should I request a validation from a CA if I know for a fact that the debt is valid?
