What to do if PDL company doesn't responded to emails?

What should I do if a PDL company doesn't respond to my emails? I closed my account, faxed and emailed my ACH revoke letters and I have one PDL that has not even responded. I proposed my repayment plan and requested their address in which to mail my payments and they haven't even acknowleged me. What should I do next?


It is not uncommon for them not to respond. Some seem to respond as soon as you press enter when you inform them you are revoking ach and inform them they are not licensed while others sometimes never respond and then there are those that send you right to collections. What is the name of the company who has not responded, maybe someone here has experience with them.

The company is United Cash Loans. How many times should I attempt to contact them? If they never respond, do I just assume they are going to write off the loan and forget about it. I don't want them to come after me 5 years down the road. I want to pay what I owe, minus the ILLEGAL fees.

They will contact you but it may take time. kstaff24 is right. Some pounce right away and others take days, weeks even a month to contact you.

I swear they are lazy. They sit around not doing a dang thing but robbing people then once a month they get off their butts and hound everyone they were not able to get a payment from.
