settlements coming slowly

i wanted to thank you for your help. I had 11 payday loans and have settled with 5 so far with 1 being paid in full without any further payment, and the rest being settled for only the money due after my payments were deducted one of them was only 20 dollars. i still have six left but have not really heard from them. i had a couple of collection calls but other than that nothing (knock on wood). i would like to get the rest settled especially since a couple of them owe me a refund. i have read on here that some people got refunds from aom (american online marketing) but I cannot find any kind of address for them and they have not responded to my c & d letters that were emailed to them. I wanted to file a complaint with the better business bureau because i had luck getting a settlement with one click cash the day after i filed it. if anybody can get an address i would appreciate it. thank you again this has been very helpful.
