I live in Delaware.
I got myself into the payday loan mess: my car broke down and i couldn't afford to fix it, there was a death in the family i had travel expenses for, and with all of that going on i fell a little behind on my rent. Last week I started taking PDLs to try and catch up. I don't know what I was thinking.

now i have the followng loans out (ALL are internet operations):

600.00 - Loan Point USA (GRC Funding)

250.00 - One Click Cash

200.00 - Pack Management (B&L)

200.00 - ?ACH Credit Together Cash Payday Loans? (?Pack Mngmt?)

250.00 - One Step Cash

None of these have hit my checking acct yet - the first couple are due to by the end of this week. I just know I got myself in over my head and won't be able to pay all of these off at the same time or in the amount of time they'll want me to. Can someone please give me some advice on the steps I should take? I've read a lot of the posts here but I am looking to find out if there is anything specific to my circumstance I should be aware of/look out for due to the fact that I live in the state of Delaware.

Any advice will be GREATLY appreciated.

The PDL needs to be licensed in DE to legally loan.

I did not find any of those names on the DE list of licensed lenders. They may have another name though. I would check the loan documents to see if they have another named listed any where.

You can find the list of legal lenders here

You can also search this website by putting the name of the PDL in the seach box and read the threads that come up about those lenders.

Thank you for the info. I'm completely ashamed of and angry with myself for letting this whole thing happen, but stumbling on this site has given me some hope. At least I know I'm not the only one out there who has made some bad decisions...
Now it's just a matter of deciding whether I struggle to repair all of this on my own, or I find a debt consolidation office to help me...

oh yeah, and just to update - today my bank statement went into the red (none of the loans are even due yet) because of some check that was made out to "Identity Protection" ... most likely some small print in one of these loans that I had no idea I was signing up for... here we go...
