Has any body worked with MY1 direct. I spoke with them today about a loan I have with themfor $350 and have paid $445 so far. They won't listen to me about the internet loans in KY are illegal and want to settle for $100. Any suggestions?

My best advice is to close you account to stop them from taking anymore fees.
You have already paid back this loan as you only owed whay you borrowed. Since they are illegal they are not going to just stop no matter what you tell them.
