Did you ever get a summons to appear in court? if you did notI I would call the courts where these papers are from and ask if the judgement is real. If the courts say it is then I would file a motion to vacate due to not being served. then go from there. So CALL THE COURT ASAP.
No I never received any summons to appear in court. Just the doc
