HELP! I am recieving a number of phone calls from First Source Advantage LLC on a debt of someone not related to me. They have also implied to my wife that I was previously marrid to this person which has caused some seriuos problems in my marriage for this is entirely untrue. I have asked for them to stop the harassing calls. What can I do.

Send them a Cease Communication letter CMRRR. If they call again, sue them. Are they calling a cell or landline? If your cell, sue them under the TCPA for $500 per call.
