Got a call from stephen peterson with an Indian accent saying that the call was being recorded by the court house and he was going read me an affidavit that is being filed by U.S. national Bank.

Hi Ryan, just do a search on this board, there was just a receint thread on this.. they are complete scammers. anyone threating Court action with their first call you can pretty much guarantee that they are scammers/bottom feeders.

except for the fact that they are in INDIA and complete scammers.nobody really has anything concrete like an address or real phone#.i would just not respond to that VM and don't talk to them otherwise.
