Need Assitance in Wisconsin

I need to figure out a way to get caught up.

My situation isn't horrible but it is getting unmanagable.

Currenlty I only have 2 Payday loans out that equal $900.

cashadvancenetwork.com - internet
Current Amount Financed $400
Current Amount Paid $120
*I have taken out multiple loans with this company.

Paydayone.com - internet
Current Amount Financed - $500
Current Amount Paid - $143.50
*I have taken out multiple loans with this company also.

I have to keep taking them out to pay my bills once they get paid off. Ugh...

Any info would be great!

PayDayOne is legal and you can revoke the ACH and then make payment arrangements.

Other times they don't listedn and you have to block the ACH at your bank then they will make payment arrangments with you. They will usually break the loan into 4 or 5 payments over 4 to 5 paydays.

I will look into cash advance network.

Yes. You can revoke the ACH three days before the payment is due. They legally must follow it but when I had mine they did not follow it.

They claimed they could not make any arrangments until the ACH did not go through. So I went to the bank and put a stop payment on the ACH and then contacted them.

They have a really nice customer service center and are easy to work with.

I have several PDL in WI

Check n Go

I have not been able to pay one any of these loans. I have contacted some to make arrangements but how can I make arrangements with all of these at the same time. Most want to divide the loan into 4 payments. I want to work with one at a time.

What is my best approach. I need to also work with 3 internet lenders. Cash USA, Cash transfer Centers.

I was thinking of using Destination Debt Solutions. Is this a good move or should I work the PSL myself.

One store is extremely rude..Cash Tyme is calling even though I leave them a message and also calling references and telling who they are. How can I make them stop calling.

Please help I want it all to end.
