I have 4 internet payday loans that i have overpaid. I have closed my bank account to stop them from taking anymore money, but i want to send them a letter telling them that they are paid in full and i want to stop any further collection from them and my account closed. I don't even care or expect a refund, i just want it closed. Does anyone have sample letters i can send?
Thanks

No. The contract is void as they illegally made a loan to a consumer in a state that requires them to have a license to lend.

You only owe the amount you borrowed. All interest fees or rollover charges apply to that amount. If you have already paid that amount then you are done oweing them.
