WHO TO CONTACT TO FILE AGAINST CA?

I HAVE TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES WITH ALL THE CA'S AND NO ONE HAS BEEN ABLE TO VALIDATE...PORTFOLIO IS THE ONLY ONE'S WHO EVEN ATTEMPTED TO VERIFY.
WHAT IS MY NEXT STEP? THEY OFCOURSE HAVE BEEN UPDATING WITH THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES, BUT NOT EVEN RESPONDING TO ME.

P.S. WHAT DO I DO IF BOTH MYSELF AND NELNET HAVE WRITTEN LETTERS TO HAVE EXPERIAN FIX A MISTAKE ON MY CREDIT REPORT AND THEY HAVE NOT CHANGED IT AND EVEN LIST FALSE INFORMATION EVERY TIME NELNET OR MYSELF SEND THEM A LETTER.

The CRA is supposed to send you the results of their investigation, and if it ends up in a change to your credit report, they are to provide you with the fixed copy. On top of that, they are also required to notify any of the business entities that have inquired into your credit report within the previous 2 years for employment issues, and 6 months for anyone else that you so request [15 U.S.C. ?? 1681i(d)].
