which credit report are you looking at? I have never seen the abbreviation COR on any of my credit reports before? And I can't even hazard a guess as to what it stands for? Something like (blank) of Review, maybe Company of Review??

In my company, COR stands for Charge-Off Recovery, which means we collected payment on a charged off account.
